Single Deep Reading

Because a reading is delivered as soon as you ask, it can't be refunded once it has been used. If the reading failed because of a technical error, we will refund it or give you a new one.

Full Access Pass

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying, as long as you have used it for fewer than 3 full readings.

How to ask

Contact us with the email you used to sign in and the date you paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
